The Problem: Nobody Prepared You for This Part

Nursing school taught you the clinical stuff. It didn't teach you what to say when you freeze at the bedside. It didn't teach you how to call a doctor without your hands shaking. It didn't teach you how to make a mistake and not carry it home for three days.

And it definitely didn't teach you how to silence the voice that says you're not good enough — even on the days when you did everything right.

That gap is real. And it's costing new nurses their confidence, their health, and their careers.

You don't have to figure it out alone.

Meet the Coach

I am an RN with 8 years of bedside experience across ICU/Step-Down, telemetry, travel nursing, and PACU. I hold a Master's in Public Health Nursing and am a board-certified nurse coach (NC-BC).

But more importantly — I remember exactly what it felt like to be a new nurse who second-guessed every decision, stayed quiet when I should have spoken up, and wondered if I was really cut out for this.

I was. And so are you.

I created Trew Coaching because the support I needed as a new nurse didn't exist the way it should have. Now I give other nurses what I wish I'd had — honest, practical mentorship from someone who has lived it.

No toxic positivity. No textbook advice. Just real talk from a nurse who's been in the trenches and came out the other side.
